The Southview is a family run licensed establishment situated in a central location 200 metres from the Winter Gardens,Grand Theatre,Opera House,Tower, Syndicate Venue,Houndshill Shopping Centre with the new Debenhams and 5 minutes from the Promenade and Beach.There is easy access to car parks and from the railway and central bus stations.Conference Delegates and Dance Competitors find it most convenient for their annual venues.All bedrooms have en-suite shower and toilet and are either,Single,Double,Twin,Triple or Family.They have Hospitality trays,Freeview lcd colour T.Vs,Towels,Toiletries,Shaver points,Alarm clocks,Easy chairs,Hairdryers and Full Central Heating.Ironing facilities are available on request.There is Limited Reserved Parking.WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN PARTIES.
