Student NUS Discount no Quality AA 4 star accommodation, all en suite rooms set in 1.5 acres of lovely gardens. Our large double room has a 4 poster bed and sunny seating area and our twin room is decorated French Shabby Chic style both having views over the garden. There is also a comfortable guests lounge with great views over rolling hills and out to sea and a wood burning stove for those cooler evening. Breakfast is served in the dining area using local produce whenever possible. Flat screen TVs, complimentary beverages, toiletries and WiFi all add to the special experience you will have if you come to West Point B and B Bude

Breakfast: Local produce is served whenever possible with free range eggs and local butchers sausages and bacon, plus a selection of fruits yogurts and cereals

Rooms: Our large double room can be adapted to form a spacious family room with 2 extra single beds

Parking: Our drive way has ample parking for 4 cars
