Ample parking is available in our car park which has cctv 24 hours. We are only a short walk to a beautifull sandy beach. From the rear terrace there are unspoilt views of Romney Marsh and the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Steam railway which is just a 100metres away. Waterside is a good base to to explore the Kent countrside and we are far from East Sussex. Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy our hospitality and good home cooked food. Dymchurch is a quite peaceful seaside town which is unspoilt and still keeps it's charm.

Breakfast: Breakast can be a full English with free range egg(fried,poached or scrambled), bacon, sausage(local butcher Rooks),hash brown, mushrooms, tomato, beans and fried bread with toast and home made preserves, fruit juices, there is also various cereals, grapefruit segments, prunes, yoghurt in the warmer months and poridge in the colder months with tea or ground coffee.

Rooms: All our rooms are cosy, comfortable and warm.

Parking: We have our own guest car park which is free to guests

Wifi: WiFi is free throughout the guesthouse.

Families: Families are welcome, children of all ages are welcome, we can provide a cot and high chair, child menu for breakfast and evening meals available. We can accommodate families with 1, 2 and 3 children in our ensuite family room.
