We offer clean, freindly budget accommodation right in the center of Great Yarmouth

We are a 23 bedroom bed & breakfast hotel & Guest house in Central Great Yarmouth. Our facilities include Digital Freeview Colour Television, Free Wi-fi, We are also a BT Openzone Wi-Fi hotspot, Tea & Coffee, bottled water, hot chocolate, biscuits, towels and toiletries in all rooms. Free self service style Continental breakfast is included. We are covered by 24 Hours CCTV and we have a full L2 Fire System. We offer cheap guest accommodation & cheap deals for your holiday & Stay in Great Yarmouth, with smoking rooms and non smoking rooms, Late breakfast, late check-in, late check out and we are easy to find, 30 seconds from the seafront & Britannia pier, 3 minutes from the town centre. We welcome disabled people however we have no lift or ground floor rooms. We will be happy to help but bear this in mind.

Pets: We accept pets by Prior agreement. A deposit will be required, and assuming your pet does not leave a deposit of its own it will be returned.

Families: We welcome families. one of our family rooms has 2 seperate rooms, each with TV which is idea for family. Ask for more details. We are 1 min from seafront and know place for families. Bear in mind we sometimes have groups so check how busy we are first.

Disabled Facilities: We welcome the disabled and will help all we can, however we have no ground floor rooms or a lift.
