A warm and friendly Highland welcome from The Ness Guest House Inverness in Inverness. The Ness is a Victorian villa built in 1877 which retains many of its original architectural features and has four comfortable en-suite bedrooms. We’re ideally located in a quiet residential street in the Crown district, only a few minutes walk to the Castle, the river Ness and the Eastgate shopping centre. We have free private off-street parking and secure overnight bicycle storage. There is free wireless internet access for guests. We provide updates on what’s on in Inverness (for example where you can enjoy live Scottish music), our own suggestions and our guests’ recommendations on what to see and do, where to eat and drink in the city as well as lots of guides, maps and tourist information. In addition to the many attractions the city of Inverness has to offer, The Ness Guest House Inverness is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful scenery of the Highlands and Loch Ness is only a short drive away. We can provide you with information on tours and excursions. Choose from a tasty full Scottish or continental breakfast to get you ready for the day. These are included in the room price. We want your stay with us to be extremely comfortable, starting each day refreshed after a great sleep, satisfied after a tasty breakfast and all set with a full itinerary for exploring Inverness and the Highlands.

Breakfast: Our tasty breakfasts are freshly cooked using produce from an award winning local butcher. To start: fruit juice, selection of cereals, porridge, yoghurt, fresh fruit and toast. Full Scottish: bacon, sausage, eggs, Stornoway black pudding, haggis and a tattie (potato) scone. Continental: cold meats, cheeses, Scottish oatcakes and pastry. Tea, freshly brewed coffee and speciality teas. Vegetarian options available. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we’ll do our best to meet these. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.00am-9.15am. If you need to make an early start, please let us know and a continental breakfast will be provided.

Rooms: The Ness Guest House has four tastefully decorated double rooms, one of which can be converted into a twin room. We have a ground floor room allowing access for guests with mobility difficulties. All rooms have modern en-suites, new high quality pocket sprung beds with crisp, white cotton bed linen, tea and coffee making facilities, free wireless internet access, TV/DVD, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Our accommodation is centrally heated and cosy. To help you look your best we offer an iron and ironing board for your use. Hair straighteners are available on request. All our bedrooms have full length mirrors.
