Prices at The Hollies Builth Wells from £35.00 The Hollies Builth Wells is a detached three story mid-Victorian villa situated in the market town of Builth Wells in the heart of mid-Wales. We are a dog friendly establishment. Guest accommodation is on two floors with wide staircase access to the first floor and narrower access to the second floor. Both staircases have hand rails on the right hand side. The staircases are carpeted and well lit. On the first floor are two double rooms and a single. The double rooms both have en-suite bathrooms, one with shower attachment and the other with in-bath stand up shower. The single room has a separate shower room for the sole use of the occupant. On the second floor is our family room with en-suite shower room. This contains a double and two single beds plus a travel cot and a variety of games to keep your party amused. All bedrooms contain tea and coffee making facilities, hairdriers, alarm clocks and irons. Any thing else you may require we'll do our best to provide upon request. In our enclosed garden is a twin-bedded Swiss style chalet with veranda. This has its own shower room and separate toilet next to it, together with a secure storage room for your cycles, golf clubs, fishing rods etc There is a BBQ, patio furniture and gazebo in our garden which guests are very welcome to use, our aim is to make you feel home-from-home. Our breakfasts are second to none. All ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible and guaranteed to set you up for the day!! We cater for vegetarians and are happy to cater for any dietary requirements, provided we are informed in advance. We will also, on request, provide you with a packed lunch to keep you going while you explore the area.

Parking: Parking is permitted on the street outside The Hollies. No need to book a space as there are always plenty!

Wifi: We offer free WIFI to all our guests.

Pets: We are a dog friendly establishment but please ensure you advise at time of booking.
