We are a child and dog friendly hotel with a fully licensed restaurant serving all types of food from 12 noon until 10pm every day. We have outside seating areas to the front and the rear (with lift access to the rear terrace) The town is on the Durham side of the river at the point where the Tees is joined by the Hudeshope Beck which runs along the back of the hotel. We offer lunches, Dinners, Snacks and light bites, as well as offering a function room for parties, conferences etc. The hotel is situated just a few miles from High Force and on the route of the Penine Way
