Only one mile down hill to the coast is the historic village of Rottingdean, Brighton Racecourse is just along our road. There is Sussex University and Brighton Marina all between 1 - 2 miles away. We offer you rooms which are immaculately clean, stylish and comfortable, combined with a restaurant serving many homemade dishes, a popular Sunday carvery and a traditional pub, all at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast: Cereals & Full English breakfast tea/coffee and juice with Toast and Jams.

Rooms: We offer good value, comfortable rooms in a good location

Parking: We offer FREE parking

Wifi: Free Wifi in all public rooms and hotel rooms

Pets: We have a beloved very friendly & timid lurcher dog in the bar and so all doggie friends are welcome, there is a small charge for pets in rooms.

Disabled Facilities: We are sorry that due to the nature and age of the building we do not have disabled rooms, however our bar and restaurant is on ground level.
