We are also within walking distance of Scarborough seafront and beaches as well as the castle. For your convenience we have WiFi and also BSL level 2 for any guests who are deaf and use this as their form of communication. Whether you are looking for hotel accommodation for a holiday in Scarborough or are a business guest, you are assured of a warm welcome. We take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our lovely Victorian home. We are constantly making improvements to ensure you enjoy your stay. All our rooms are individually designed so you can relax, unwind and let us take care of you.

Breakfast: WE offer a full English Breakfast along with many other choices as we understand that not every-one wants a full English every-day.

Rooms: Our rooms are all ensuite. They have tv with freeview and tea and coffee facilities.

Parking: Customers park on the road and are give a free parking permit for the duration of their stay.

Wifi: We offer free WIFI in all rooms.

Pets: Sorry no pets.

Families: We have double and twin rooms,we also have 1 family room for 2 adults and 1 child but only take children from 10 and above.

Disabled Facilities: The owner does have BSL level 2 but is very rusty as she does not get much chance to use it but I am sure it would all come back to her if and when it is needed.
