Also award winning breakfasts and in house massage and sauna room for extra pampering. Licensed bar area and located on central Brighton seafront. Great veggie and vegan breakfasts also offered and accept small pets in some rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff and great knowledge of Brighton so you get the best out of your trip away. Currently in number 1 position on Tripadvisor for our excellent customer reviews!

Breakfast: We offer an extensive cooked breakfast and continental breakfast menu which has won awards with good vegetarian and vegan choices. Served late and breakfast in bed options at small additional cost.

Rooms: All rooms ensuite and individually themed. All rooms have flat screen freeview tv, DVD players, iPod docks and well stocked minibars. All non-smoking bedrooms but some too S have private courtyards where oking outside in them is permitted.

Parking: Parking costs £6 for 24 hours using hotel permits in local streets or £10 on meter parking bays directly outside.

Wifi: Free wifi is offered in all rooms and bar lounge area.

Pets: Yes we accept small dogs in certain rooms at additional £20 charge.

Families: We have family suites that sleep up to 5 in one room or 7 if using an exclusive floor called Sussex Suite. One family suite has two rooms with adjoining door so you can put kids to bed and watch tv in other room. Also have great family pack with info on family activities, family friendly restaurants etc and we offer family equipment such as free child buggy, cots toys and high chairs.

Disabled Facilities: We have an accessibility statement on request but due to our regency age building we cannot offer wheelchair access. There are no ground floor rooms but we have two rooms up just one flight of stairs. There is no lift.
