We are a traditional Northumbrian livestock small holding in a very rural setting with fantastic panoramic views.The accommodation is in specilly converted barns adjioning the farmhouse. All the rooms are ensuite, pre ordered evening meals area speciality using local or home grown ingredients where ever possible. We also have a self catering cottage for upto 7 guests and a small Hide Away campsite.

Breakfast: As a working farm you can expect a traditional full English Breakfast or something lighter if you prefere. All jams and bread home made.

Rooms: Our bedrooms are clean and bright. Hot drinks facilities, flat screen TV, hair dryer, DIY laundry

Parking: Good off road parking

Wifi: Wifi free

Pets: We are pet friendly but ask that dogs are not left unattended in your bed room as the dogs generally prefere to be in your car whilst you are having breakfast. There is a good walk down our 1/2 mile drive way for dog exercise.

Families: We are very family friendly and have a family room that can sleep up to 4 people. We have a travel cot and high chair.

Disabled Facilities: My self catering cottage has a visit england mobility 2 level. The cottage can sleep up to 7 people in 3 ensuite bed rooms. All the ground floor has underfloor heating and is easy for a wheelchair.
