You will enjoy the peace and tranquility as you look out to the wonderful view of the hills around the cottage. Very close to Scone and Perth for all amenities. Wonderful for golfers, Hillwalkers, Fishing, Sightseeing and of course shopping. Lovely antique shops near to have a good brows around. There are many lovely quaint coffee shops dotted around the area as well.

Disabled Facilities: There is a ramp which takes you into the property, all the doorways into each room are suitable for wheelchair access. There is a seat and handles available for when using the showers. All the lights and sockets are at a level whereby can be reached easily.
