Linnett Hill is a beautiful bed and breakfast offering luxury accommodation in the wonderful North Lakeland town of Keswick. Whether it is walking, climbing, mountain biking, boating, painting, photography, shopping or simply relaxing and enjoying its beautiful scenery, Keswick has everything for both outdoor enthusiasts and tourists alike and is ideal for short or long stays. Built in 1812, Linnett Hill is a Regency property with a unique Dutch façade prominently situated in the centre of Keswick directly opposite magnificent Fitz Park enjoying breathtaking views towards Latrigg and Skiddaw. The property has been comprehensively refurbished and now boasts modern facilities whilst still retaining much of its original character. Linnett Hill currently offers seven fully en-suite guest bedrooms, along with a relaxing lounge, WIFI, extensive private parking, secure cycle storage and indoor drying facilities. Only a minute’s walk to Keswick’s famous market square with its many shops, bars, pubs and restaurants Linnett Hill is perfectly located, in addition the beautiful shores of Derwentwater, Boat Launches and the Theatre by the Lake are an easy ten minute stroll. Rooms: All rooms at Linnett Hill, Keswick have been completely refurbished for 2013. Guest rooms are bright and airy with plantation shutters, flat screen TV's and stunning en-suite bathrooms. Many of our rooms have views of the surrounding Fells and all benefit from luxury linens and complimentary toiletries.
