Gardenstown is a lovely village situated on the Moray Firth with stunning views across to Caithness. Here you can take things easy and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of village life. You can while the hours away at the harbour or explore the beach with its red sandstone cliffs and many rock pools. Gardenstown is well situated for exploring the surrounding area and there are many tourist attractions to occupy every family member what ever the age. For nature lovers it is a paradise being close to the RSPB reserve at Troup Head which boasts the largest mainland colony of nesting gannets in Scotland amongst many other seabirds including the puffin. Dolphins can be seen regularly swimming in the bay; a truly amazing sight. In spring the hillsides are covered with primroses and in summer wild orchids grow on the grassy slopes amongst a myriad of other wild flowers. I have two twin rooms each with tea/coffee making facilities, digital TV with Freeview and integrated DVD player, mini fridge and hairdryer. The lounge is also available for your use if you so wish.
