Our aim is to provide clean, comfortable accommodation for your well-earned and much needed holiday break. Pets welcome, free of charge

A privately owned and family run business, we have self catering holiday chalets on California Sands, Great Yarmouth. All chalets are double glazed and upvc cladded, fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

Parking: There is ample free parking all around the site.

Pets: Pets are more than welcome, free of charge, however we do keep one chalet "pet free" for anyone with allergies etc.

Families: All bed-linen is provided free of charge, except for babies who sleep in cots, we ask the parents to bring the baby's own bed-clothes. I keep high chairs and travel cots, which can be used for free. When you book with us, you can enjoy free use of the Oasis Club and the Oasis Swimming Pool. There is also an amusement arcade on site.

Disabled Facilities: One of the chalets, although not totally adapted for disabled use, has been re-furbished completely and has a bigger front door to enable wheelchair access a whole lot easier than it normally would. The bath has been replaced by a large corner shower. I also have a wheelchair for use by my customers, subject to availability, as I only have one, so if it's available and you want to use it, you have to reserve it at the time of booking.
