Comfortable family-run guest house set in the conservation area of West Square. Directly opposite the railway station and ideal for business travellers and tourists alike. Ivy Dene offers a superb bed and breakfast service, with full English breakfasts including vegetarian options. Our central Scarborough accommodation is the perfect location from which to enjoy all that Scarborough has to offer.

Breakfast: Full English breakfasts with vegetarian options are cooked to order every morning. Fruit juices, cereals, toast, and tea and coffee are also provided.

Rooms: Five guest bedrooms, all with central heating, flatscreen colour TV, hospitality tray, hot and cold water, and electric shaver points. A combination of single, twin, double and family rooms makes Ivy Dene suitable for business travellers and holidaymakers alike.

Parking: Guests may park in West Square or in a sizeable area near to West Square, but a parking permit must be displayed during certain hours. Ivy Dene Guest House offers free parking permits which will last until 10.00am on your day of departure..

Wifi: Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests. Passcode is supplied on request.

Pets: Unfortunately Ivy Dene is unable to accept pets of any kind, for reasons of hygiene, and in order to avoid problems for other guests who may suffer from allergies.

Families: Ivy Dene has one family room, with a superb double bed with memory foam topped mattress, and a single folding bed for additional family members. This room can accommodate 3 adults, or two adults and one child.

Disabled Facilities: Please note that all guest accommodation is on the first and second floors. There are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor. Access to guest accommodation is via the main staircase.
