Inver Park House is an STB 4* B&B, focusing on service and comfort, in a convenient location 21 miles south of Wick.

We would love to invite you to our home, Inver Park House, a newly built, large and comfortable house within Inver Caravan Park, adjacent to the A9 just north of Dunbeath, Caithness. We have 3 large ensuite bedrooms for B&B, one double, one family room and one with 3 single beds. All the rooms are on the ground floor and one is particularly suitable for disabled use. All have tea/coffee making facilities, and TV with Freeview. Wifi is also freely available. Breakfasts are served in the sun lounge which enjoys uninterrupted views over the Moray Firth. There is an excellent restaurant for evening meals only 400 yards down the road. Dunbeath is a very convenient location from which to explore the far north, take a trip to the Orkney Islands, or to use as a stop-over on the Lands End-John o' Groats walk or cycle ride.

Breakfast: We offer a wide range of breakfast choices, with fresh fruit, choice of over 10 breakfast cereals, and breakfasts freshly cooked to order, from boiled egg to full Scottish. No-one leaves hungry!

Parking: Parking is available adjacent to the front door, with an easy ramp for disabled access from the parking area. Parking for larger vehicles is also available in the caravan park.

Pets: I do not allow dogs in the house (my cat has strong opinions regarding dogs!) but I do have one comfortable static holiday caravan in which I accept dogs, and which can be let for Bed and Breakfast if it is available. Please phone to find out if this is a possibility.

Disabled Facilities: My 3 - single - bedded room is designed with disabled people in mind, and has a large ensuite wetroom with plenty of room for wheelchair access, a chair that can go in the shower area, and grip rails where required. Disabled people have used it and found it very satisfactory.
