Eco credentials include solar hot water panels, ground-source heat pumps, sheep’s wool insulation and energy-efficient appliances. Allergy-friendly features include underfloor heating, eco-friendly cleaning products, wooden floors, allergy-friendly bedding. Other features include a woodburning stove, ensuite wetrooms to 2 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, garden with Welsh slate patio, native plants, lawn and pond, garden furniture, lockable shed for bikes, parking for 3+ cars, books, maps and guides, meet and greet service, welcome basket of local/organic produce. Prices from £650 to £990 pw; short breaks out of peak season of 3+ days (flexible start day) also available.

Rooms: The ground floor is open plan with a spacious kitchen and living room, hallway and WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms - 3 with double beds and the fourth with built-in bunk beds. Two bedrooms have ensuite wetrooms and there is a separate bathroom with overhead shower.

Parking: Parking off the road for up to 3 cars.

Wifi: Free wifi.

Pets: Sadly we cannot accept pets, as we are striving to be allergy-friendly.

Families: Families love our accommodation. There is a large garden with lawn and swings - great for running around and playing games. There is a pond teeming with wildlife and with water-lilies. The Welsh slate patio is a suntrap and has garden furniture and a barbecue. There is more garden furniture at the bottom of the garden. Inside the house there is full-size table football and a cupboard with games, puzzles, books, and other things to play. There is a TV with freeview channels and many DVD's for all ages.

Disabled Facilities: The property is only accessible for wheelchair-users on the ground floor, but people with limited mobility who can manage stairs should find all areas to be accessible.
