Newlyn has a vibrant fishing community with the lifeboat, beam trawlers, crabbers and assorted boats coming and going right in front of the guest house. Harbour View is the only accommodation locally above the harbour with sea views from all double rooms and yet at the best prices.9Newlyn is outstandingly scenic and unspoilt with a commercial harbour. If water, walking and fishing is your thing, then this is the place to come. Where else can you sit in your room and have 180 degrees of sea and harbour in front of you to watch? Yet you are close to restaurants, pubs and shops within the village 300 yards away - the nearest foodie pub is 4 doors away. All rooms have private or en-suite facilities, Wifi, TV/CH, tea/coffee trays, toiletries, towels, alarm clock radio. Superb inclusive full English or continental breakfasts. Large ground floor dining/lounge area. Free WiFi. Children welcome. Stroll along the coast to Mousehole or Penzance, walk the marina. Parking: Parking is in local car parks - fee paying. You can park free at times. One of the car parks offers 1-7 days' parking for £6.50 total for 7 days.

Families: Suite 3 offers accommodation for 3 or 4 persons (including children). It has a front double room ensuite, and an adjoining rear twin room, plus private family bathroom. Please apply for a quote. 15% off stays of 7 days or more.

Disabled Facilities: I regret no. The situation of the guest house is not really suitable for the disabled as the pavements are too narrow and the traffic is busy. Parking is at least 75 yds away.
