Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Glenaldor House Dumfries is a lovely spacious B&B in Dumfries built in the 1860s. It is a listed building and sits in a beautiful spot in a conservation area. Whether you are visiting Dumfries for work, business, a short break or a longer stay, Glenaldor is your perfect base. Although we are in a quiet and secluded location we are fortunate to be a mere 3 minutes walk from the train station and less than a 10 minute stroll from the town centre. At our B&B Dumfries we intend to give you excellent quality and service at affordable prices. We have 4 lovely rooms and can offer family, double, twin and single rooms with en-suite/private bathrooms. Ample private and additional parking is available for all guests. Our house retains many original features such as cast iron staircases and fireplaces and some wonderfully ornate cornices.
