Tucked away down a country lane, the splendid Frogs Hall Barn has two spacious beamed bedrooms with luxury en suite shower rooms and a range of extra comforts. Both rooms are on the ground floor and overlook a flowery courtyard. A country full English breakfast (or to choice) with eggs from the owners’ free range hens is served in an impressive vaulted dining room overlooking meadows, ideal for a tranquil stroll to view the pond and dovecote and possibly a deer or two. A mile away, Swanton Morley is a traditional Norfolk village with a village shop, a delicatessen and a pub serving excellent food & is just 3 miles from the market town of (East) Dereham We are also the closest B & B to Hunter's Hall wedding reception venue just down the lane. It is well under an hour’s drive from here to the North Norfolk Coast for unspoilt beaches, salt marshes, cliffs, flint villages and nature reserves. Clifftop Cromer is noted for its pier and crabs, whilst at Sheringham a nostalgic steam train travels to the Georgian town of Holt. The celebrated Norfolk Broads are a similar distance and the fine cathedral city of Norwich is also easily accessible for historical treasures and fine shopping and dining just 20 mins drive away.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the spacious beamed Dining Room that looks out over our flowering meadows. After you have had your fill of a full English Breakfast including cereals, yoghurts & fresh fruit (please advise in advance of special diets) why not take a stroll through the grounds. We have our own chickens (lovely fresh eggs for breakfast)

Rooms: We can offer a lovely fully beamed large superior double bedroom (or family room for 3) with modern en-suite shower room. The room is double aspect looking out onto a small courtyard with an abundance of pot plants which is very colourful during the spring and summer months. It is equipped with flat screen TV, clock radio alarm, hair dryer and a refreshment tray with a selection of hot drinks and biscuits. There is wireless internet connection if you wish to bring your laptop. There is also a slightly smaller, standard fully equipped double room with a modern en-suite shower room also overlooking the courtyard.

Parking: There is ample free parking at the front or rear of the barn & secure storage for bicycles if required

Wifi: Free WIFI available in rooms if you wish to bring your laptop or other device.

Families: We welcome families with young or older children with free use of cot or added single air beds in the family room. Swing, trampolines & slide available in the grassed grounds.
