We have been running our B&B for over 17 years and many of our guests return year after year to see us and the lovely Cotswolds.

Courtlands B&B is located on the edge of the Cotswolds in a quiet village only a few miles from Burford, in easy reach of Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Cotswolds villages, National trust properties and gardens. Jean and John have created a combination of ease, comfort and well-known hospitality. Breakfast is sourced locally, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, homemade preserves and a good English breakfast, any diet catered for. Afternoon tea in the garden or conservatory. 3 local pubs in walking distance. All bedrooms have hostess trays and colour TV. NON-SMOKING

Breakfast: Breakfast at Courtlands is served on fresh white linen table cloths with the family’s silver and a bunch of ever-lasting sweet peas when in season. You can start with cereal/fresh fruit/yoghurt and continue with a full English breakfast with scrambled/poached or fried organic free range eggs. To finish we serve array of toast topped off with John's homemade whisky marmalade, cherry plum or strawberry jam. You can choice from fresh ground coffee and a range of different teas.

Rooms: Courtlands double bedrooms are both ensuite, our upstairs Shipton room is a larger room with a large shower room. Ascot room is smaller but has the benefit of being on the ground floor, for anyone who finds it difficult to climb stairs, giving easy access to the dinning room, garden and conservatory.Milton room can be a private twin room having sole use of the bathroom or can be used in conjunction with the single room as two singles or a triple. All rooms have TV, hair dryers, tea/coffee making facilities and delicious biscuits.

Parking: Courtlands Road is a cul-de-sac and there is private parking on the driveway.
