The house stands in a quiet location and retains much original character throughout. Beautiful beaches including Kynance Cove & Kennack Sands are just a few minutes away with horse riding, sailing and diving also close by..

Breakfast: we have been awarded the Enjoy Englands Breakfast Award for our choice and quality breakfast. We have fresh fruit salad, homemade yogurt, a choice of cereals and fruit juice to start. Followed by either a traditional English breakfast or homemad makerel fishcake served with a poached egg, a variety of scrambled eggs, vegatable frittatta or continental breakfast. All produce is loccally sourced where possible.

Rooms: we have two guest bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both rooms have ensuite showwers with power showers, heated towel rails and quality toileteries. The rooms are equipped with individually controlled heaters, Digital TV/DVD, clock radio with i dock, hairdryer and a well stocked refreshment tray.
