The house is surrounded by the farm on which we run two herds of rare species of deer - Hog Deer and Formosan Sika.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast in blissful rural location surrounded by deer park. Luxury accommodation just 10 minutes drive from Junction 27 of the M5, and less than 20 mins from Tiverton & Wellington. A warm welcome awaits you. Local produce served.

Breakfast: Full English breakfast provided with locally sourced produce.

Rooms: Burnt House B & B has two delightful rooms, a kingsize double with en-suite shower and a twin bedded with sole use of adjacent bathroom. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. A hair dryer is provided in each room as well as a few "little extras" in the shower room and bathroom.

Parking: Plenty of free parking

Wifi: Free Wifi available

Families: We are family friendly with plenty to do locally and freedom to roam on the farm.
