Great location for the city centre and 2 miles from motorway connections to the rest of Scotland.

We are in an excellent VisitScotland rated three Star Gold guest house. Our location has easy access into Edinburgh for visitors travelling by car since we have free off-street parking. A front door key is provided, so you come and go all day. Breakfast is freshly cooked for you and is a traditionally Scottish one, which does include Haggis! We have six bedrooms, a family room, and a triple room, doubles and twin. These all have private en-suite facilities with showers. Towels and soap are provided for you. Rooms have adjustable central heating radiators and windows are fully double glazed. A complimentary tray is provided with tea/coffee making facilities and homemade treats. Each room is fitted with a TV and has a hairdryer. There is free WiFi available for our guests. An Iron and Ironing board is available on request. Information is provided to help your stay, tourist information leaflets are in the hall and in the rooms. The accommodation has some beautiful views and we are close to landmarks such as Arthur's Seat and The Edinburgh Royal Observatory. The Braid Hills and The Hermitage of Braid are just two minutes from the us with some beautiful scenery and lovely walks. Near by attractions are Rosslyn Chapel, and Craigmillar Castle. Edinburgh is a University City and we are less than half a mile from the Edinburgh University campus of Kings Buildings and 2 minutes bus journey to the University central campus in Bristo Square.

Breakfast: Breakfast is all Scottish and made by a Scot. We have been awarded the 2016/2017 Taste our Best for food produce and sourced in Scotland.

Rooms: All rooms have private en-suite with showers.

Parking: Parking is free and we provide private off street parking directly outside our door. There is also free parking on street just 10 metres away.

Wifi: We have Free Wifi in all our rooms

Pets: Sorry no pets allowed

Families: Yes one of our larger rooms can be set up for 3 or 4 persons and the beds can be either 1 Double (superking size) and 1 or 2 single beds. Or we can provide 3 or 4 single beds. This room as you can see is very flexible in its layout. We also have a Triple room with a Double and single bed.

Disabled Facilities: Unfortunately we are not wheelchair classified. But for anyone with walking mobility issues we have 2 ground floor rooms.
