The peaceful retreat in the heart of the English Riviera Situated in a peaceful area of Paignton, this husband & wife run guest house is the ideal base to relax and soak up the seaside atmosphere in tranquil surroundings. With the sea front and its many attractions including harbour, pier, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre within strolling distance, Blue Waters Lodge Paignton is the perfect location from which you can explore the beautiful area of Torbay & the surrounding South Devon. We are also within a few minutes level walking distance to the train & bus stations.

Breakfast: The best breakfast in Paignton!! Well that's what our past guest have claimed and we will do everything we can to ensure it continues.

Rooms: All rooms light, airy and have large and well fitted out en-suites. Hospitality trays and complimentary toiletries in all rooms.

Parking: Free parking outside the guest house on the road. This is a cul-de-sac in a residential area.

Wifi: FREE WiFi in all rooms and on the front Patio.

Pets: We do not accept pets other than sarvice dogs.

Families: Families are welcomed and are accommodated in our two room suite. The first room has a double bed and the en-suite shower room, the second room has two full size single beds. Both rooms have doors that open into a small hallway which then opens on to the landing. There is Freeview TV in both rooms and there are plenty of board games in our guest lounge should the weather be poor. For the beach we have buckets, spades, balls and beach towels available, all free of charge.

Disabled Facilities: We are not suitable for physically (mobility) disabled people due to the number of steps to access the building and upper floors. Those with hearing difficulties or partially sighted can be catered for,
