This tasteful Victorian Country House built in 1880 has been sympathetically extended and decorated with a blend of Antique and Contemporary Style to provide a peaceful, relaxing and truly memorable bed and breakfast experience. Eat - In our intimate dining rooms, from our imaginative menu freshly prepared with only the finest local ingredients. Sleep - In our en-suite rooms with the finest bed linen, where all rooms have excellent views of the Tay valley Relax - In our warm surroundings with Honesty bar, further residents lounge, outside seating, dvd & cd collections and sumptious breakfast menu.

Breakfast: To start: Selection of cereals, fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, Scottish preserves & honey, as well as our own home made porridge offered with honey, cream, brown sugar & of course whisky.Mains: Usual hearty full Scottish with Stornaway black pudding, hot smoked salmon with scrambled egg, through to pancakes & crispy bacon, omlette cooked your way, to our house special `Rosti` with crispy bacon, baby tomatoes and melted brie.Offered with: Your selection of our Perthshire roasted coffee, or fruit & herbal tea infusions.

Rooms: All rooms are designed for 2 person occupancy, within double & twin bedded rooms (available on request, subject to availability) between ground & first floorsSole single person occupancy attracts a discount from our normal rates - when booked direct on the www.beinnbhracaigh.com website only.11 of our 12 rooms have excellent views, all rooms are en-suite boasting complimentary selection of the finest Scottish toiletries, with Queen & King Size quality beds.All rooms offer tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryers and integrated lcd tv & dvd players with selection of cds & dvds, and books, from our library.Through High Season, all bedrooms are sold for a minimum of 2 night stay for all Friday & Saturday arrivals.

Parking: There is private off street car parking available, with overflow on street parking.

Wifi: There is a free Wifi hotspot, located within the `Honesty` Bar - which hosts 50+ malts!!

Pets: With regret we do not accept pets within the building.

Families: With regret we do not accept children under 8 years of age.

Disabled Facilities: We have 4 rooms on the ground floor, all with walk-in showers - two of which are close the the main reception area - please call for further information.
