Prices at Ashbank Guest House Falkirk from £30 Excellent central Scotland location just 3 minutes from M9 motorway exit 5. Superb accommodation with wonderful views to hills and countryside. All rooms are en-suite. Our large double room has king size bed, panoramic views and has en-suite bath/shower etc. Our twin room has views to the Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills and has en-suite shower room. Dining Room is spacious with period Victorian details. Surrounded by gardens with adequate off-street parking. Near Edinburgh-Glasgow main line train station. Courtesy pickups at Polmont Station. Edinburgh Airport is 20 minutes and Glasgow Airport 1hr. Ashbank is an excellent base for touring being only 45 minutes from the mountains and lochs at the Trossachs. Equally central for business people visiting Falkirk, Grangemouth and Polmont.

Breakfast: Full English Breakfast is cooked to order and served in our Victorian dining-room full of knick-knacks and framed prints of Scottish and local scenes. Orange Juice and cereals are on a help-yourself basis.

Rooms: All rooms individually designed, comfortable and quiet. All rooms have en-suite shower, the large double has bath and shower. Hospitality tray provided and complimentary toiletries. Excellent views of the hills and countryside.

Families: We are family friendly and have a lovely garden to wander in and we are in the process of making a wildlife pond. Watch this space! For parents and child sharing our large double we can put up a child's bed.
