It is a few miles from the market town of East Grinstead, the Ashdoiwn Forest, Weirwood Reservoir Nature Reserve and the Bluebell Steam Railway. It is a great base for visits to many famour gardens and stately homes. The accommodation offered is an en-suite twin-bedded room with sole use of the adjacent sitting room and adjoining terrace, with stunning views of the South Downs. There is no objection to guests having picnics at any time of the day. A GOOD BREAKFAST AWARD has been given by the Visit England Inspector. Breakfast includded local free-rang eggs, organic bread and honey, home made jams and marmalade. Most people rem,ark on the warm welcome and atmosphere, and the real flavour of the countryside.
