Each guest bedroom is unique, and comfortable, a great base to explore all that Perth and Perthshire can offer. Almond Villa is a non-smoking bed and breakfast. We have free car parking with a secure parking area for motorcycles or bicycles.

Breakfast: Our Perthshire breakfast is a speciality. Our large Scottish (9 items) breakfast is 2nd to none. We also provide a great savoury scone option and smoked haddock.
