Prices at Acorn Bed and Breakfast St Andrews from £35-£45 pppn Situated in a quiet private residential area a few minutes drive or gentle stroll from the historic town centre, the tranquil ambience of Acorn is complimented by the numerous personal touches and tastefully decorated, comfortable guest rooms. All bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin/double) have spacious, well-equipped en-suite shower rooms, and are provided with LCD television with Freeview and DVD player, hospitality tray, hair dryer and iPod compatible clock/radio/alarm. Private off-street parking is guaranteed. Ideally placed for sightseeing, touring Fife and east coast of Scotland, or simply relaxing. Three day golf packages available October to April. Contact proprietor for details. Package comprises 3 nights bed & breakfast, 3 rounds of golf including one on the Old Course Golf Course. All packages subject to availability, minimum two golfers.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am although earlier times can be arranged. Guests enjoy a varied breakfast menu. MENU To Start Orange or Apple Juice Fresh Fruit Salad, Greek yoghurt, Choice of breakfast cereals Main Course Vegetarian options can be arranged Full Scottish Breakfast Egg- Boiled, Scrambled, Fried, or Poached - 2 slices Back Bacon-Black Pudding-Haggis-Potato Scone-Pork Link Sausage-Hash Brown-Tomato-Mushrooms-Beans. Warmed Croissant, filled with scrambled eggs topped with smoked salmon or bacon pieces, served with small vine tomatoes. Homemade Scotch Pancakes with maple syrup, topped with crispy bacon. Local smoked fillet of haddock, grilled and served with poached egg and baked tomato Beverages Tea (Breakfast, Herbal or Fruit Flavoured) Coffee – Regular (Freshly brewed Filter or Cafetiere) or Instant Decaffeinated Toast (White or Multigrain)

Rooms: All guest rooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have fully fitted, en-suite shower rooms, heated towel rails, luxurious bath sheets, hand towels and face cloths. Beds are either king size (5 feet wide) or single which can be joined to form a 6 feet wide bed.
