Prices at 1 The Spain Petersfield from £36 per person Charming 18th century town house with pretty garden. Within easy walking distance of the station and numerous eating and drinking places. Nearby attractions include the South Downs Way, Uppark House and Jane Austen's House.

Breakfast: Our standard full English breakfast comprises cereals (lots), a full plate of bacon, sausage, fried egg, tomatos and mushrooms followed by toast, tea and coffee to choice.

Rooms: All our rooms are fully furnished with comfortable beds and quality furniture. All rooms have television, tea and coffee and ensuite or private bathrooms.

Parking: Street parking is free from 6pm to 9am, Monday to Saturday. From 5pm Friday to 9am Monday we have the use of a free private car park about 100 yards from the house

Wifi: WiFi is available free of charge

Pets: We are happy to accept well behaved small to medium sized dogs, subject to prior notice and a small charge to cover potential mishaps

Families: Two rooms, a double and a twin are in a separate part of the house with its own front door, sitting room and kitchen area. Families are able to spend their time in a private environment without having to worry about their children

Disabled Facilities: We cannot cater for disabled guests. This is a listed building with narrow doors and steep stairs so there's not much we can offer
