Situated in Monmouthshire, an area renowned for its historic Castles and Abbeys, with excellent links to the M4, M5 & M50, this beautifully restored and refurbished house retains many original features and dates back to the 14th Century. Offering superb family accommodation comprising: • Large sitting room with open fire, Sky TV and glass door to garden. • A study, with comfortable sofa and chairs. • A dining room, with large table seating up to 12. • A modern well equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a utility room. • Five bedrooms in all with two double rooms, one single room, one twin room, an attic room with three single beds. • Two bathrooms, one en-suite, a shower room and a ground floor WC. Raglan, just a ten minute walk away, hosts a Music Festival every July and with many facilities including pubs and a Hotel with restaurant, is now a prime location for Golf with eight Courses within fifteen miles, including the Celtic Manor which hosted the Ryder Cup. Cardiff, Bristol and Bath with theatres, cinemas, museums, are all within an hour’s drive as are the industrial sites of the South Wales Valleys including the World Heritage Site at Blaenavon Ironworks. The Brecon Beacon National Park, Llanthony Valley, the famed Wye Valley with Tintern Abbey, are nearby.
