 Mathern Palace is a Grade One Listed Property. br / br / br / br / It is our pleasure to share our family home with our guests offering a home from home experience with the use of our billiard room garden gazebo room for guests to enjoy whilst staying in The Westwing Rooms.Please contact us directly for special prices for more than 3 night stays in Westwing Rooms and self catered Cottages. br / br / br / br / Our gardens were designed by A. Tipping in 1896 and as guests you are welcome to wander around the grounds and enjoy! br / br / br / br / Mathern village is in itself a place of history with a wonderful church next to us and a village pub in walking distance. Mathern also has an amazing garden centre and Farm shop for guests to enjoy. Chepstow with its Castle and Race Course offers a day trip full of interest and with Tintern Abbey in close distance you will be spolit for choice. If walking is your thing we are placed on The Welsh Coastal Path and close distance to the start of The Offas Dyke walk. We are happy to drop and collect you from a days walk by prior arrangement. (please contact us direct for fees). br / br / br / br / Cyclists are also catered for with lockup storage areas and wash down areas. br / br / br / br / If your stay is for a special occasion we can by prior arrangement arrange afternoon teas flowers in the room taxis or bookings for restaurants! br / br / br / br / Mathern Palace is situated next to St Pierre Golf Course and Country Club and with Celtic Manor Golf Course situated within a few minutes drive away you will not be short of activities during your stay.
