 Well Cottage is next door but detached from Shepherds Cottage and has an open plan sitting/dining area with a small Jotul wood-burning stove a double sofa bed an additional sofa TV and dining table with 6 chairs and modern pine fitted kitchen. There is a large shower WC and hand wash basin with overhead light and shaver point downstairs. br / br / br / br / A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms (access through each other) one with bunk beds and a wardrobe and the other as a double with bedside tables and lamps a dressing table a combination wardrobe and an additional hand basin. The Velux windows lookout to farmland and the downs where public footpaths connect to the Stenbury Trail giving walking access to the whole Island. br / br / br / br / There is garden furniture and rotary washing line in the farmhouse garden and parking either in the farmyard or in the farmhouse drive.
