 The Camstay Townhouse is a 3-storey executive house in Cambridge just north of the River Cam and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The property has private parking a patio garden and enjoys views of St. Andrew s Park. A master bedroom has a luxury en suite bathroom and a roof terrace overlooking the park. There are 2 more en suite rooms featuring solid oak king-size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets with the 4th bedroom having use of a large family bathroom. The kitchen and breakfast room is fitted with granite work tops and stainless steel Bosch appliances including double oven gas hob dishwasher fridge freezer and washing machine. On the 1st floor the relaxing drawing room is furnished with a high-quality leather 3-piece suite and 40 flat-screen HD TV. A welcome pack with fresh milk tea coffee and sugar awaits you on arrival. A breakfast hamper with fresh bread orange juice cereal butter and preserves is also supplied. Please note that this property operates a strict no noise policy and we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given. You will be required to show photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Your credit card will be pre-authorised to cover additional costs e.g. lost keys serious damage broken/stolen items additional cleaning.
