Park Hill/Gwesty Bryn Parc is a non-smoking guest house B&B with an indoor heated swimming pool located off road in a fine Victorian building traditionally built in the 1860s. br / br / The house is set in an acre of lush gardens and overlooking the beautiful village of Betws-y-Coed the Llugwy and Conwy Valleys and the surrounding mountains of Snowdonia. br / br / The best views can be enjoyed from the front facing rooms the conservatory and from the guests lounge. br / br / The house s eight double/twin rooms are equipped with all modern facilities recently redecorated and are all en-suite. br / br / With a private parking an indoor Swimming Pool & Sauna and free WiFi we offer 21st Century standards in a Victorian building. br / br / br / br / Incorporated in Park Hill is an indoor heated swimming pool 30 x12 x4 6 deep with a Jacuzzi type Spa and a Sauna. The water temperature is around 29 C (84 F) It is open exclusively to our resident guests who can enjoy it free all day and night. br / br / Especially after walking up or climbing Snowdon or mountain biking the Marin trail this helps to relax your muscles brilliantly. br / br / br / br / Your car is safe: Park Hill benefits from a secluded free car park not to be seen from any public road. br / br / Walkers climbers mountain bikers and bikers are welcome and we provide a free shuttle service to the nearest railway station. Mountain bikes can be put behind lock and bar safely in a specially dedicated shed. br / br / br / br / Centrally situated in the Snowdonia National Park there is a range of interesting activities virtually on your doorstep. The village Betws-y-Coed itself is just a six minutes gentle walk away across the Conwy Valley. The network of roads (A5 and A470) quickly brings in every direction a variety of mountains mines and museums castles and quarries falls and forests all within easy reach. br / br / Any of the tracks going up Snowdon is within maximum 35 minutes distance by car

Directions to Park Hill Gwesty Bryn Parc Betws Y Coed

A470 South (Blaenau Ffestiniog) - Road: Coming from Blaenau Ffestiniog follow the A470 until it merges with the A5. At your right hand side you ll see a white guesthouse called Ty Gwyn. At this point the A5 turns quite sharply to the left entering the village of Betws-y-Coed itself. Do NOT follow the A5 here but turn to the right onto the A470 direction Llandudno / Conwy and Llanrwst. From this very point you will see at your right hand side after approximately half a mile the black sign with golden letters for the Park Hill. br/ br/ A470 from A55 Exit 19 Llandudno Junction - Road: You will pass a number of small villages. You will reach Llanrwst after appr. 11 miles. Passing this village you will see at your right hand side a Texaco petrol station. From this very point you ll find our place exactly 2 miles further on at the left hand side of the road after a couple of bends. The entrance is a little bit concealed but a black (at night illuminated) sign bearing the name Park Hill in golden letters points to it. Take care: you have to make almost a U-turn. br/ br/ A5 Llangollen (Midlands) - Road: Coming from Llangollen on the A5 please follow the A5 until just before Betws-y-Coed. There it merges with the A470. At your right hand side you ll see a white guesthouse called Ty Gwyn. At this point the A5 turns quite sharply to the left entering the village of Betws-y-Coed itself. Do NOT follow the A5 here but turn to the right onto the A470 direction Llandudno / Conwy and Llanrwst . From this very point after approximately half a mile you will see our black sign at your right. br/ br/ A5 Bangor (Holyhead) - Road: Coming from Holyhead Betws-y-Coed can be reached following the A55 to Bangor. Take the Exit A5 direction Betws-y-Coed. After 18 miles Betws-y-Coed is reached. Continue following the A5 through Betws-y-Coed itself (it s the village s main street as well). Immediately passing the Shell petrol station you reach a T-junction. Go to the left onto the A470 (direction Conwy/ Llanrwst. From this very point after ca. half a mile you ll see the signfor the Park Hill at your right. br/ br/ Betws-y-Coed Railway Station - Train: If we know in advance your time of arrival we will collect your from the station. Otherwise cross the railway bridge take the road at the right of the church yard cross the suspension bridge follow the metalled public footpath go up to the main road there you will see the sign for our hotel some 50 yards to the north. Walking distance is some 6 minutes/700 yards.
