The Bothy at Manor Farm comprises a detached studio for 2 people (an extra adult/child can be accommodated at £20pppn) It is situated in the garden of our house in Sticklinch - a hamlet located between Pilton and West Pennard in rural Somerset. The Bothy is an excellent base within easy reach of Glastonbury Wells and many other attractions. The Bothy which is available for stays of two nights plus has its own entrance and parking and is a cosy bolt-hole for getting away from it all alternatively an ideal lock-up & leave base from which to explore the area. This single-storey barn has recently been refurbished and equipped to provide comfortable accommodation which is smartly decorated and well lit. There is an open-plan area with a double bed also a sleeping platform (accessed by a ladder) with a 5 wide futon bed. Facilities for making light meals comprise a kettle small fridge toaster & microwave. There is a TV/DVD also a shower room with WC. Outside guests have the use of garden. Amenities: Bed linen towels electricity & electric heating included. A put me up bed can also be provided. When the Glastonbury Festival is held we provide a comfortable venue for a limited number of festival goers either accommodated in the Bothy or in a range of accommodation in the lovely garden. We are a 10 minute (almost level) stroll from the Festival site. The Bothy is available on a self-catering basis or with breakfast foods provided. Breakfast is continental and is taken in the Bothy itself. Local products are used as much as possible which is made up of breads jams yoghurts orange juice etc A two bed/4 person Cottage (adjoining the owner s property) is also be available to rent.

Directions to the Bothy at Manor Farm Travel to Pilton Somerset From Pilton travel towards Glastonbury on the A361 after the steep hill coming (down) out of Pilton travel along the flat for about a mile taking the first turning left - which is Stickleball Lane. If you go past the Apple Tree pub on your right you ll have gone too far and will need to backtrack a few hundred yards. We re half a mile straight up Stickleball Lane on the right. Drive up the track past the stables on the left proceed onto the gravel area in front of main house and knock on the door. We can then show you to the Bothy and its parking space.
