These stylish modern and well appointed apartments brand new in 2009 are part of a select development of just 12 properties. They enjoy a superb location virtually on the beach. We have 2 x 2 bedroom rear view apartments and 1 x 2 bedroom sea-view apartment. All properties feature a small balcony or patio off of the lounge giving you plenty of opportunity to relax in the sunshine. Just metres from the sand these properties are ideal for families a handful of cafes and restaurants including the locally renowned Beaucliffes restaurant at Porth Veor Manor. Entrance hallway with built in storage for coats etc. Open plan living area which includes contemporary fitted kitchen with oven ceramic hob extractor microwave oven fridge freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher lounge area with two seater sofa plus additional seating. Bi-fold doors lead from the living area to the private balcony/patio. Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room comprising shower enclosure W.C. basin and heated towel rail. Further bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath with shower over W.C. basin and heated towel rail. Centrally heated. The apartments have one designated parking space for each apartment. The property benefits from gas central heating and lift access Iron ironing board. Please note that check in as at Porth Veor Manor Hotel located at the top of the driveway. All guests of Porth Cottage are welcome to use all facilities of The Porth Veor Manor hotel including outdoor heated pool (Apr Oct) bar and Beaucliffes restaurant. ARRIVAL/CHECK IN DETAILS: Please note the latest check-in time is 9pm. Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. Should you be arriving later due to a delayed flight for example or a specific traffic problem please contact LateRooms.com who can provide you with the contact numbers required for late arrival. Payment & Cancellation Terms & Conditions Please note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you. NB: Swipe only American Express & Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.

Directions to The Beach House Porth NEWQUAY

BY ROAD - Follow the A30 past Exeter and Bodmin and after approximately 10 miles leave at junction marked Newquay and Airport. Take 3rd exit off roundabout signed Newquay Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed along dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take 3rd exit signed Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed to next roundabout and take 1st exit signed Newquay and Airport. Proceed for a further mile and at mini-roundabout turn right to Porth on B3276. Beach road is half a mile on the left and The Beach house is 50 yards down the road on the right hand side. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK IN IS AT PORTH VEOR MANOR HOTEL. TURN LEFT 50 YARDS BEFORE BEACH ROAD. LATEST CHECK IN TIME IS AT 11PM.
