Situated on Bournemouth's exclusive and very popular East Cliff in a quiet tree-lined avenue the Hotel is just a short stroll away from the golden sandy beaches and the cosmopolitan town centre which includes the Pavilion Theatre and the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre) as well as an extensive shopping area and numerous bars and restaurants. The Hotel has 2 restaurants - the Sherbourne Restaurant where breakfast is served each morning and our a la carte intimate Restaurant Casablanca serving delightful dishes using fresh ingredients prepared by our head chef - highly recommended!During your stay you can easily explore areas of untouched natural beauty in either the New Forest or the Purbecks which are both only a short drive or bus ride from the Hotel. For business events the Hotel features conference and banqueting facilities which can cater for up to 120 people. The Hotel is also a very popular function venue for weddings and parties and we would like to highlight to our future Guests that as a result there may be some noise disturbance at these times although no later than 12:30am If you have concerns please ask at the time of booking.For Corporate Guests the Hotel is well connected by public transport being only a 10-15 minute walk from the 'Travel Interchange and a 15 minute drive from Bournemouth International Airport - a shuttle leaves from the end of the road once an hour (A1 local bus) and takes 20 minutes. We are also very convenient for several well-known local Companies such as JP Morgan Liverpool Victoria Nationwide Asda Tesco and Unysis. Free wireless internet is available throughout all the public areas in the hotel and Gervis47 bar - we do not guarantee wifi in bedrooms.We have two car parks on site which are free of charge for all Hotel Guests. The Hotel prides itself on its friendly and dedicated staff fully trained to cater for your specific requirements. The Head Chef and his brigade have successfully gained an outstanding reputation for delicious traditional home cooked food served in our intimate restaurant and Gervis47 bar.Our up and coming Gervis47 celebrity themed bar is available to all Guests and non-residents offering a wide choice of food on the bar menu and an outside decking area should you wish to enjoy the sun with a nice cool drink or enjoy watching one of our entertainment plasma screens.VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL STAGHENS AND GROUPS OF MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE.WE HAPPILY ACCEPT ALL GROUPS AND ON ARRIVAL WE DO REQUIRE A BEHAVIOUR BONDDISCLAIMER TO BE SIGNED WITH A REFUNDABLE PRE-AUTHORISATION DEPOSIT OF £250. How to get there - By Road - Good road link with M27 and M3 London - 106 miles. Approaching Bournemouth from the A338 turn left at the first roundabout (St Paul's Roundabout) - this takes you past an ASDA Superstore. At the next roundabout (Bournemouth Station Roundabout) go straight across. Same again at the next roundabout (St Swithin's Roundabout). This takes you into Gervis Road. Halfway down Gervis Road there is a mini roundabout - go straight across and you will find The Quality Hotel is the first hotel on the left past the Brittannia Hotel on the corner.By Rail - 100 minutes from London (Waterloo) to Bournemouth Central. Taxis may be hired from the rank outside the station. There are ample buses which drop off at the St Peter's Roundabout - the Hotel is a 2 minute walk from there. Alternatively the Hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the Station.By Air - Bournemouth International Airport is only a 20 minute drive with Southampton (Eastleigh ) Airport 30 miles away.
