This delightful 2 bedroom cottage is in a central location in the heart of Watford between the town centre and 5 minutes walk form the Junction Station which is 18 minutes from London. The cottage is fully fitted with a designer kitchen which come fully equipped with ovenhob fridge and freezer washerdryer dishwasher and microwave. And of course all cutlery crockery cooking utensils toaster etc. The diningmorning room has glass top table and matching chairs and glass shelf unit. also a radiocd player. The lounge has leather furnitureblack nest of tables 32 flat screen freeview tv dvd and wifi are standard. Gas central heating. Our housekeeper comes once a week to serviced with fresh towels bed linen and cleaning. The garden comes with table and chairs and bbq. Residence parking (on street)vouchers are available for long lets for short lets there is public parking near by. Non smoking. A large walk in shower room also on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms . both have wardrobes and bedside table with lights and clock radio alarms. There is a small safe in the main bedroom. You will met on arrival and given a show around and a map and explanation of the area.

M1 junc 5 - direct link into Watford - then follow Ring Road left and look for Clarendon Road and Watford Junction Station on left. Junc 1920 on M25 follow signs to Central Watford
