M4 exit J28 for A48 Newport then B4239 Duffyn. Drive for 2 miles. Turn into long and bumpy private lane opposite small BandB sign next to cattle bridge. If using Sat Navs do not turn into Pont Estelle Road carry on and turn left opposite sign.
