The Tamar Valley is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is also a World Heritage Site - .This intimate country house hotel and award-winning restaurant sits proudly in its nestled position within five acres of gardens and orchards.We have 10 bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. Rooms in the main house offer a combination of elegance and classic sophistication whilst our garden house rooms are more contemporary with quality designer fabrics and beautiful decor.All have luxurious modern bathroom suites and most offer balconies and uninterrupted views across the stunning Tamar Valley.All our rooms offer a host of luxuries including towelling robes flowers and bottled water.Personal mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities are at hand. Directions to The Horn Of Plenty TAVISTOCK

From M5Leave the M5 motorway South of Exeter at Junction 31 and follow signs to Okehampton on the A30 dual carriageway. Turn left after some 27 miles on to the A386 heading south for Tavistock. At Tavistock take the A390 and after 3 miles take 3rd exit at roundabout following signs to The Horn of Plenty.From PlymouthTake the A386 North to Tavistock and turn left onto the A390 following signs to Liskeard. After 3 miles turn right at Gulworthy Cross and follow signs to The Horn of Plenty.From Truro and BodminTake the A30 to Launceston and turn South East on to the A384 to Tavistock. There is a minor road to Gulworthy some 2 miles after Milton Abbot or continue to Tavistock and then take the A390 to Gulworthy taking the third exit at the roundabout and following signs to The Horn of Plenty.
