We are a small clean comfortable and friendly hotel above one of the oldest pubs on Canal Street in the heart of Manchester. If it's to explore the sites of Manchester then you're right in the thick of it or if it's just to have a great night out with your friends then there's no better location. All of the 6 rooms at the hotel have free wifi access tea and coffee making facilities and freeview televisions. Breakfast is served in the morning between 08:30 am and 10:00 am is very popular in the local area we regularly have non guests coming in just to eat breakfast!

Directions to THE REMBRANDT Manchester Piccadilly

From the South: Follow the M6 North and exit at Junction 19 after Knutsford Services. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A556 towards Manchester and Airport. Carry on straight down the A556 until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M56 heading towards Manchester Airport. At the end of the M56 motorway the road turns into the A5103 Princess Parkway. Stay on this road and keep heading towards the City Centre. Pass Asda on the left hand side and then when you get to the next roundabout take the 3rd exit and then go straight over at the next roundabout up onto the A57 Mancunian Way which would be sign posted Stockport Sheffield. Stay in the left lane and take the next exit a sharp left following the signs for University of Manchester (keep in right hand side lane). Go up to the traffic lights and go straight through onto Sackville Street. The Rembrandt Hotel is on your right just over the canal bridge. From the West: Follow M62 heading towards Manchester. Stay on the M62 as it changes into the M602. Take the M602 to the end where it turns into the A57 heading Manchester City Centre Sheffield. Go up onto the A57 Mancunian Way which would be sign posted Stockport Sheffield. Exit the A57 at the A6 turn off but take the sharp left following the signs for University of Manchester (keep in right hand side lane). Go up to the traffic lights and go straight through onto Sackville Street. The Rembrandt Hotel is on your right just over the canal bridge. From the North: Follow the M6 or the M62 and head towards the M60 motorway. As you merge onto the M60 motorway keep heading towards signs for Liverpool M62. Exit the M60 for the M602 heading towards Manchester City Centre and Salford. Take the M602 to the end where it turns into the A57 heading Manchester City Centre Sheffield. Go up onto the A57 Mancunian Way which would be sign posted Stockport Sheffield. Exit the A57 at the A6 turn off but take the sharp left following the signs for University of Manchester (keep in right hand side lane). Go up to the traffic lights and go straight through onto Sackville Street. The Rembrandt Hotel is on your right just over the canal bridge. From the East: From the M1 or Sheffield regions head for the A629 A616 or the A628. Take the Woodhead Pass and keep following the signs for Manchester. At the end of the Woodhead Pass follow the signs for Manchester City and enter the M67 heading towards the city. At the end of the M67 follow the signs for the A57 Manchester City Centre. Near the end of the A57 cross over the roundabout and follow signs for city keeping Esso Petrol Station and Tesco Express on your left hand side. At the next traffic lights go straight through. At the next traffic lights go straight through and pass under the Mancunian Way. At the next traffic lights turn left onto Whitworth Street. Go through the first traffic lights and pass Sackville Park on the right hand side. At the next traffic lights turn right into Sackville Street. The Rembrandt Hotel is on your right just over the canal bridge. Parking is available at a 24 hour NCP car park just a bit further along Sackville Street.
