Directions to Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL

From the M4 East: Leave the M4 at Junction 24 and head north on the A449 for approximately 12 miles. Turn off onto the A40 heading for Abergavenny. After about 10 miles you will come to the Abergavenny roundabout that is the junction between the A40 A4042 and A465 . Take the second exit onto the A465. At the first roundabout take the third exit for Gilwern and Crickhowell. Follow the road through to Gilwern village and turn right opposite the Post Office immediately after the Beaufort Arms pub. Bear left onto the A4077 Gilwern road and after about 3 miles arrive at The Legar. Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL is 200 metres on your left.From the M4 West: Leave the M4 at Junction 25a and head north on the A4042 towards Cwmbran and Abergavenny for approximately 18 miles - 12 of which are dual carriageway. You will come to the Abergavenny roundabout that is the junction between the A4042 A465 and A40. Take the first exit onto the A465. At the first roundabout take the third exit for Gilwern and Crickhowell. Follow the road through to Gilwern village and turn right opposite the Post Office immediately after the Beaufort Arms pub. Bear left onto the A4077 Gilwern road and after about 3 miles arrive at The Legar. Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL is 200 metres on your left.Alternative route via Abergavenny town centre. When you come to the Abergavenny roundabout follow the A40 towards Abergavenny (3rd exit from A40 and 2nd exit from A4042). Stay on this road following signs for Brecon. After about 6 miles you will come to Crickhowell. Go through the town centre until you come to the Shell garage. Turn immediately left onto New Road and after about 500 metres go over Crickhowell Bridge. Turn left onto the A4077 Gilwern Road - Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL is 200 metres on your right.From the M5 North: Leave the M5 at Junction 8 and follow the M50 towards Abergavenny and Brecon. The M50 merges into the A449 which then merges into the A40 which winds through the Wye valley towards Abergavenny via Monmouth and Raglan. When you come to the large roundabout outside Abergavenny take the second exit onto the A465. At the first roundabout take the third exit for Gilwern and Crickhowell. Follow the road through to Gilwern village and turn right opposite the Post Office immediately after the Beaufort Arms pub. Bear left onto the A4077 Gilwern road and after about 3 miles arrive at The Legar. Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL is 200 metres on your left.From West Wales (St Davids Haverford West Camarthen etc.): Follow the A40 towards Brecon. Approximately 13 miles after Brecon is the town of Crickhowell. At the Shell garage which is about 200 metres past the Crickhowell primary school. turn right onto New Road and after about 500 metres go over Crickhowell Bridge. Turn left onto the A 4077 Gilwern Road - Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL is 200 metres on your right.From North Wales (Holyhead Snowdonia Wrexham Conwy etc.): Use the A5 and A55 to link up with the A470 and head South towards Dolgellau and Builth Wells. Turn left onto the A479 at Bronllys towards Talgarth and at the junction with the A40 turn left. After approximately 2 miles you will enter Crickhowell. At the Shell garage which is about 200 metres past the Crickhowell primary school. turn right onto New Road and after about 500 metres go over Crickhowell Bridge. Turn left onto the A 4077 Gilwern Road - Park Place Guesthouse CRICKHOWELL is 200 metres on your right.
