From A38 take exit marked A384 - Buckfastleigh Totnes Dartmouth. Follow to Totnes then take A381 to Dartmouth. Just past village called Halwell turn left at garage onto A3122 to Dartmouth. After about 5 miles the hotel can be found on the top of a hill on the left just before you enter Dartmouth.The hotel is situated in a private holiday village of chalet style properties.
