The Country House is within easy reach of: Historic town of Glastonbury Cathedral City of Wells Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves Clark's Village at Street. There are three RSPB National Nature Reserves close by where there are spectacular displays of roosting winter Starlings and other wildfowl. Leave the M5 at junction 23 taking the A39 to Glastonbury Wells and at the Northload Roundabout turn onto the B3151 to Meare. We are at the centre of the village.
