This is a large brand new dormer bungalow in a peaceful setting but close to all amenities i.e beaches shops golf course coastal walks and excellent bus routes. We are located only 0.6miles from St Ives with it's many splendid beaches and restaurants which are only a short walk drivebus ride away. Ideal for walkers. One large double bedroom with a beautiful en-suite shower room. A second double bedroom with adjacent bathroomshower facilities dedicated soley for this room both with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. Large sun terrace in a well sheltered setting which you are welcome to use. These are rooms only with teacoffee TV and WI-FI access. We are a friendly helpful couple and we will do our best to make you're stay comfortable. No children no animals please. We have designed this bungalow for people who are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Ample on-site parking. Minimum 2 nights booking. Please note we do not have card facilities. One nights deposit of œ70 required to confirm the booking. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Directions to Maristow ST. IVES

Follow the A30 signposted Lelant and St Ives. At the large roundabout take the 2nd exitright towards Lelant and Carbis Bay (A3074) St Ives Road. Follow this road till you come to a mini roundabout. Go straight over the roundabout drive 100 yards and take the first left onto Hecla Drive which is a private road with pink block paving. Maristow ST. IVES is at the top on the left just before the white gated house.
