Situated on the main A24 in Broadwater Worthing at the junction with Broadwater Road and Georgia Avenue. Approaching from the north pass Broadwater shopping parade and St Mary's church. At the traffic lights continue straight ahead for 175 yards. Watch out for the brown tourism sign. For free off street parking turn left when you reach the guest house into Georgia Avenue. Parking for 5 vehicles in marked bays is available if you turn in to the guest house private car park.
