Liongate House is in the historic Roman town of Ilchester situated just off the A303. A perfect location for business and pleasure being a mile away from RNAS Yeovilton and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. It is an excellent half way stop between London and Cornwall and is the perfect base for visiting Somerset's many attractions including nearby National Trust properties Longleat and the Haynes Motor Museum. Trips to Glastonbury Wells and Bath are all within easy reach. Directions to Liongate House Bed and Breakfast YEOVIL

Liongate House is situated in the historic Roman town of Ilchester. Arriving by car via the A303 take the exit marked A37 Yeovil. After 800 metres turn left at the roundabout signposted Ilchester. Continue past the Town Hall on your left and after crossing the bridge over the River Yeo you will see a Texaco Garage. Drive through the gated entrance on the other side of the road directly opposite the garage and Liongate House is located inside on your right. Berry's Coaches operate a twice daily 3 hour service between London Hammersmith and Taunton stopping in Ilchester please see their website for further details. If arriving by train there are services between London Waterloo and Yeovil Junction. THe large town of Yeovil is only six miles away from Ilchester.
